General Media Transcription

You may use any method to send us your transcription project. Dictate directly using our toll free telephonic system, upload your audio file securely via encrypted email or VPN, send us your video for closed captioning or just about any other method of data transfer. For delivered (or picked up) media, we accept both analog (tapes) and digital (everything else) formats. The transfer method is completely customizable and can be whatever method to which you are already accustomed.

The return methodologies used are equally as varied. Return methods include: Digital Download, email, secure encrypted email, access to the secure web delivery system GENscribe, VPN transfer, direct deposition into your document management system, and a host of other possibilities. Financial Services Transcription

With an eye on changes and trends within the financial planning industry, a need for another type of customized niche service was identified. In 2006 our financial services support department was created. This department was assigned the task to develop and deploy solutions that will support the financial services industry. Focusing on the particularly sensitive nature of financial services data, this department developed solutions for Document Production, Document Management, Document Storage, and Document Security. The Telephonic Dictation Process

  1. From any touch-tone telephone, dial eScribeSolutions, Inc's dictation phone number. Toll-free numbers are available for long distance users. These numbers can be programmed into your phone for speed dialing or you can use handheld dictation units.
  2. You will hear a voice prompt asking for your Identification Code. At this prompt please enter your ID. Now you may begin dictation.
  3. In certain cases the voice prompt will ask for your work type code.

You will hear a tone signaling you to begin dictation. Upon completion of the current report, press the "5" key on your telephone keypad and continue with the next patient record. The Transcription Process

  1. The transcriptionists access the system using their specific login name and a unique identification number.
  2. Once the login is complete, the system automatically queues the jobs one at a time based on the transcriptionist's specialty. Upon completion of a job, it is checked for sentence structure as well as spelling accuracy and stored in a unique folder for that particular job.
  3. Every 2 to 4 hours completed jobs are transferred to the eSSI server.
  4. Any unusual situations such as inaudible dictation, blanks in a report, special instructions given by the dictator, etc., are called into the office for review of the report and appropriate action.
